one time i was in ocean city and i had a group of my friends drive down there for the sole purpose of putting about 30 orange road cones on/around my car.the cops got called, it was outstanding. if u want to get them back i recommend forking their lawns.. basically get a family sized box of plastic forks and stick them all over their front lawn.. now thats something to wake up to.
